WHAT THE EXPERTS SAY
"The team has so many contacts with foreign insurers and so many people with foreign languages that it is miles ahead of others."

Mana Island Resort, 2016
We're concerned to learn about guests at the Mana Island Resort in Fiji falling ill while on holiday there between January and June 2016.
Despite positive reviews of the resort online, our International Personal Injury team has learnt that some holidaymakers became ill during their stay there. One tourist claims that some of the food, such as fish, was served "undercooked"; furthermore they were concerned to note that the "pool was murky". Other holidaymakers report falling ill with gastric symptoms.
Gastric symptoms can range from mild diarrhoea to abdominal cramps and blood in stools. Having significant experience in assisting those unfortunate enough to contract gastric illness we know first-hand the potential long term effects that can be associated with such illness, such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
If you also travelled to the Mana Island Resort in Fiji and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness, we could help you claim compensation.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
