Scandic Marski Hotel, Finland

Irwin Mitchell has received reports of illness amongst holidaymakers staying at the Scandic Marski Hotel in Finland during holidays taken in May 2012.

It is alarming to learn that guests fell ill whilst holiday at the resort with severe gastric symptoms. We have been informed that the symptoms including diarrhoea, stomach cramps.

One Holidaymaker has reported that on one occasion, steak had been served, and the holidaymaker complained “..a steak..under too much sauce…cut open…it was still RAW and bleeding..”.  Further reports suggest that the cleanliness of the Hotel was not maintained which was worrying for holidaymakers.

If you have also travelled to this hotel and subsequently suffered from symptoms of gastric illness or sustained an injury, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you.
