Irwin Mitchell has been contacted by a holidaymaker that became ill with symptoms of gastric illness during their stay at the Hotel Neptuno in Gran Canaria in November 2012.
The holidaymaker reports falling ill with symptoms of diarrhoea and vomiting and reports still being ill upon return home.
Despite some positive reviews the holidaymaker has stated that on occasions the chicken served was undercooked and the salad was served warm. The holidaymaker has reported that he saw mice around the restaurant as well as cats.
