Hotel Tabaiba Princess, 2016

Irwin Mitchell’s specialist International Personal Injury lawyers have been contacted by a holidaymaker who suffered an ear infection following their stay at the Hotel Tabaiba Princess in Gran Canaria, Spain, in August 2016. The holidaymaker received treatment from a hospital whilst on their holiday.

The holidaymaker and their family stated that on occasions there appeared to be a drainage smell around the hotel grounds. The pool area seemed to be dirty at times and they observed debris in the swimming pool. The holidaymakers also noticed that some of the food served in the hotel restaurant was uncovered. The holidaymaker advised that they identified dirty crockery on occasions in the restaurant and that they often saw flies around the food.
