Irwin Mitchell are concerned to hear that holidaymakers who have recently returned from the IFA Interclub Atlantic Hotel during March 2012 are reporting cases of illness after contracting food poisoning.
Holidaymakers have reported falling ill with symptoms of gastric illness, believed to be food poisoning, after eating uncooked burgers at the hotel’s restaurant. It is possible that a breakdown in food hygiene and food handling procedures at the hotel resulted in the illness.
It is also reported that the there were various foods that were served undercooked and only luke-warm.
