Illness At The Tabaiba Princess
The International Personal Injury team at Irwin Mitchell, have been contacted by two British holidaymakers who stayed at the Tabaiba Princess Hotel on an all-inclusive basis in November 2014.
Whilst on holiday one holidaymaker suffered from symptoms of diarrhoea and stomach cramps and they are continuing to experience symptoms on return their return home. The guests noticed that some of the food was lukewarm and on occasion also appeared to have been re-served. They were also disappointed with the size of the room and quality of the facilities in their hotel room and had difficulty locating a representative to raise these issues with.
Despite positive reviews others who have stayed at the hotel have described the food choice for vegetarians as limited and felt that the service at the hotel was a let down. One holidaymaker described some of the food at the snack bar as “terrible” and observed that at times the floor around the pool was sticky and dirty with left over rubbish not being cleared up. Holidaymakers also noticed on occasion cat faeces in the bushes around the hotel and on the beach close to the hotel.
If you also travelled to this hotel and have suffered similar problems, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you.
