"The team has so many contacts with foreign insurers and so many people with foreign languages that it is miles ahead of others."

Caretta Beach Hotel, Greece
The International Personal Injury Team at Irwin Mitchell have been instructed by a holidaymaker who became ill with gastric symptoms following their stay at the Caretta Beach Hotel in Greece.
Despite positive reviews, Irwin Mitchell have learnt of reports regarding holidaymakers who fell ill following a stay at the hotel. The holidaymakers that have instructed Irwin Mitchell claim that “food was served lukewarm” and often left “uncovered”. Some holidaymakers - including those that have instructed Irwin Mitchell - claim to have contracted a gastric illness including diarrhoea and vomiting.
Gastric symptoms can range from mild diarrhoea to abdominal cramps and blood in the stools. Having significant experience in assisting those unfortunate enough to contract gastric illness we know first-hand the potential long term effects that can be associated with such illness, with sometimes permanent long term complications arising such as Post infective Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
If you also stayed at the Caretta Beach Hotel in Greece and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
