Forum Beach Apartments Hotel, Rhodes

The International Travel Litigation team at Irwin Mitchell are concerned for holidaymakers after reading reports of illness amongst guests at the Forum Beach Apartments in Rhodes, Greece during May 2012.
It is reported that food at the hotel was very repetitive, luke warm and occasionally recycled.  One report stated the pizzas were often topped with food that looked like the leftovers from breakfast.
It has also been reported that hotel rooms were in poor condition including the toilet not working and doors to the apartment hanging off the wall.  The pool at the hotel has been reported as empty and full of cockroaches.
If you also travelled to this hotel and suffered from gastric illness, Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you as you may be able to claim for your ruined holiday, and also, the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you sustained.

For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact Irwin Mitchell on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.
