Kipriotis Hippocrates Hotel

Irwin Mitchell are concerned to hear that holidaymakers who have recently returned from the Kipriotis Hippocrates Hotel in Greece during April 2012 are reporting cases of illness after contracting food poisoning.

Holidaymakers have reported falling ill with symptoms of gastric illness, believed to be food poisoning following their stay at the all inclusive hotel. Reports suggest that food was left out for long periods and appeared to have been leftovers. It is possible that a breakdown in food hygiene and food handling procedures at the hotel resulted in the illness.

If you also travelled to this resort and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of gastric illness or sustained an injury, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you.

For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact us on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
