Sentido Vasia Resort & Spa, 2015
We're concerned to learn about guests falling ill with gastric symptoms while on holiday at the Sentido Vasia Resort & Spa, Greece in July 2015.
Our International Personal Injury team have been contacted by a couple who report that their holiday to the Sentido Vasia Resort & Spa was ruined due to one of them suffering with symptoms of gastric illness during their holiday. The couple report that food was on occasion served lukewarm, and that at times the buffet food was topped up with new food rather than the old food being taken away first.
The couple also noticed that there appeared to be a lot of cats around the hotel grounds and that they were concerned that the swimming pool water appeared murky at times. The couple advised that food was sometimes left out for long periods and uncovered, for example sandwiches which became dry.
Gastric symptoms can range from mild diarrhoea to abdominal cramps and blood in stools. Having significant experience in assisting those unfortunate enough to contract gastric illness, we know first-hand the potential long term conditions that can be associated with it, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
If you also travelled to the Sentido Vasia Resort & Spa in Greece and subsequently suffered symptoms of illness, we'd like to hear from you. We specialise in dealing with cases of this nature and could help you claim compensation.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
