TUI Family Life Blue Lagoon Princess, June to September, 2017

We're are concerned to learn of recent reports of guests falling ill during their holidays at the TUI Family Life Blue Lagoon Princess hotel between June and September 2017.

Despite some positive reviews, Irwin Mitchell has heard reports of holidaymakers falling ill with gastric symtoms during their stay at the hotel. One holidaymaker claims that some of the food was served “cold or lukewarm at best” while another claims that they “were served raw chicken in the taverna”.

Gastric symptoms can range from mild diarrhoea to abdominal cramps and bloody stool. We have significant experience in helping people unfortunate enough to contract gastric illnesses and we're aware of the long term effects that can be associated with them, including permanent conditions, such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

If you've stayed at the TUI Family Life Blue Lagoon Princess and have since suffered from symptoms of illness we'd like to hear from you. We specialise in dealing with cases of this kind.

For advice on making a holiday illness claim contact us on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.
