Irwin Mitchell has read reports that holidaymakers are making complaints following their holidays taken at the Hotel Holiday Resort, India in 2012.
Holidaymakers at the hotel have complained that they suffered gastric illness at the hotel during their stay. The guests suffered symptoms including diarrhoea, vomiting and fever. In one case treatment had to be sought from the local hospital.
