Irwin Mitchell is concerned to learn of reported illness at the Ista Hyderabad Hotel, Hyderabad, in India during holidays taken in April 2012.

It has been reported that a holidaymaker has fallen ill with symptoms of suspected food poisoning after consuming food and drink at this hotel. The symptoms have caused the unlucky holidaymaker to regularly visit the bathroom, being unable to enjoy the holiday.

It is also reported that the hotel has failed to impress quests with their traditional Indian cuisine, one guest has rated the quality of the food as being “1 out of 10”. It is possible that the poor quality food and a possible breakdown in food handling procedures has resulted in the illness.
