Park Hyatt Dubai Hotel, Dubai, India – February 2012
The specialist International Travel litigation team here at Irwin Mitchell are concerned to read reports of suspected food poisoning at the Park Hyatt Dubai Hotel, Dubai, in India during holidays taken in February 2012.
It has been reported by one holidaymaker how they suffered with symptoms of illness, believed to be food poisoning, from the breakfast served at the hotel. Upon their return to the UK, medical treatment was sought which confirmed that the holidaymaker was suffering from Salmonella poisoning. Salmonella poisoning is a severe bacterial infection often contracted after consuming contaminated food, the illness can leave its victims with long term health problems. It may be that a breakdown in food handling and food hygiene practices at the hotel resulted in the illness contracted by the holidaymaker.
If you also travelled to this resort and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of gastric illness or sustained an injury, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you if you.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
