TUI Sensimar Grand Hotel Nastro Azzurro, 2017

Irwin Mitchell’s specialist International Personal Injury team are concerned to hear of guests falling ill with gastric symptoms whilst on holiday at the TUI Sensimar Grand Hotel Nastro Azzurro, Italy in April 2017.

Guests have reportedly suffered from symptoms of illness during their holiday at the TUI Sensimar Grand Hotel Nastro Azzurro. The holidaymakers reported concerns over hygiene standards, in particular they noted a lack of clean running water and unpleasant smell coming from the drains.

The holidaymakers further noted that the pool appeared dirty, the sun loungers appeared dirty, and there was a lack of soap in the communal toilets. The holidaymakers reported suffering from symptoms including vomiting and diarrhoea, and were aware of a large number of other guests at the hotel who experienced similar symptoms.

Gastric symptoms can range from mild diarrhoea to abdominal cramps and blood in stools. Having significant experience in assisting those unfortunate enough to contract gastric illness, Irwin Mitchell’s specialist International Personal Injury Lawyers know first-hand the potential long term effects that gastric illness can have, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

If you also travelled to the TUI Sensimar Grand Hotel Nastro Azzurro, Italy and subsequently suffered symptoms of gastric illness or sustained an injury, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you.
