WHAT THE EXPERTS SAY
"The team has so many contacts with foreign insurers and so many people with foreign languages that it is miles ahead of others."

Gran Bahia Principe Jamaica, 2016
We're concerned to learn of recent reports of guests falling ill with gastric symptoms during holidays taken at the Grand Bahia Principe Jamaica in Jamaica between January and May 2016.
Though the hotel has enjoyed some positive reviews, we've also learned that some holidaymakers fell ill during their stay there. One tourist claims that some of the food was covered in "ants and flies", and that on one occasion the hotdogs sitting in the water "looked to be at least a week old". Other holidaymakers report falling ill with gastric symptoms.
Gastric symptoms can range from mild diarrhoea to abdominal cramps and blood in stools. Having significant experience in assisting those unfortunate enough to contract gastric illness we know first-hand the potential long term effects that can be associated with such illness, such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).
If you also travelled to the Grand Bahia Principe Jamaica in Jamaica and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness, we'd like to hear from you. We specialise in dealing with cases of this nature and could help you claim compensation.
For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact us on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
