Illness at Hilton Rose Hotel, Montego Bay

Irwin Mitchell has been made aware of reports of illness for guests who stayed at the Hilton Rose Hotel, Montego Bay, Jamaica in October 2009.

It is reported that a number of guests have become ill with symptoms of gastric illness possibly due to poor health and hygiene standards at the hotel.

Allegations have also been made that the hotel was maintained to a poor standard. Guests noticed that certain dishes and in particular the chicken, were undercooked.

If you have been affected by gastric illness following a stay at the Hilton Rose Hotel, you may be able to claim compensation for your ruined holiday and also the pain and suffering caused by the illness.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
