Secret St James Resort, Montego Bay, Jamaica
Irwin Mitchell is concerned to read reports of illness amongst guests staying at the Secrets St James Resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica in April 2012.
Reports suggest that holidaymakers dined at the hotels restaurant where they ate burgers which allegedly made them ill. Reports also state that the burgers served were pre-cooked then placed in water until they are reheated and served. As a consequence holidaymakers at this resort appear to have suffered from gastric illness and food poisoning which led to their holidays being ruined.
It is likely that there has been a breakdown in the food hygiene practices at this hotel as guests experienced symptoms of gastric illness, believed to be food poisoning.
If you have also travelled to this resort and subsequently suffered from symptoms of gastric illness or sustained an injury, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you.
