Irwin Mitchell is concerned to learn that guests staying at the Sun 'n' Sand Beach Hotel are returning from their holidays with symptoms of illness. Holidaymakers who stayed at the hotel in January 2011 have reported how disappointed they were with the resort.

Reports have indicated that holidaymakers are falling ill possibly due to the poor standards of hygiene and poor quality food served at the hotel. In particular, it has been suggested that food is reused throughout the week, that the drinks are flat and warm and the chilled food in inadequately chilled.

This hotel is of particular concern as Irwin Mitchell received reports of illness at the hotel in the summer of 2010, which would suggest that the issue is an ongoing one.
