Irwin Mitchell’s international personal injury experts are concerned to find out that guests became ill whilst staying at the Diverhotel Lanzarote in September and October 2015.
Despite positive reviews, holidaymakers have reported that some of the food served at the hotel was not at a high enough temperature. One guest expressed that members of their party were served chicken that was raw with blood.
Another holidaymaker raised health concerns claiming that they saw staff cooking pancakes and handling raw fish at same time, without washing their hands.
Alarmingly visitors have reported falling ill with sickness and stomach cramps.
