H10 Lanzarote Princess - 2017

We're concerned after hearing reports of guests falling ill while on holiday at the H10 Lanzarote Princess in Spain between November 2016 and January 2017.
Although the resort has also enjoyed positive reviews, our leading International Personal Injury team has learnt that some holidaymakers became ill with gastric symptoms during their stay there. One person claims that on “one night the chicken kebabs were raw”. Other holidaymakers report falling ill with gastric symptoms.

Gastric symptoms can range from mild diarrhoea to abdominal cramps and blood in stools. We have considerable experience helping those unfortunate enough to contract gastric illness and so we're very aware of the potential long term effects that can be associated with it, including permanent long term conditions such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

If you also travelled to the H10 Lanzarote Princess in Spain and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness, we want to hear from you. We specialise in dealing with these cases and could help you make a claim for compensation.
For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact us on 0800 056 0066 or complete our online enquiry form and we will call you back.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
