We're concerned to read reports of guests falling ill during recent stays at the Hesperia Hotel in Lanzarote in June 2016.
Despite some positive reviews on consumer review sites, some holidaymakers have complained of suffering from gastric symptoms during their stay. One tourist reported that the cleanliness of the resort was generally poor and that stray cats were sometimes seen roaming in the restaurants. Another guest complained that they found a significant number of cockroaches in their hotel room.
