Irwin Mitchell’s leading travel litigation team has been instructed by holidaymakers returning from Hotel Barcelo in Lanzarote suffering from serious gastric illnesses.
The holidaymakers have complained variously about undercooked food being served, food being left uncovered for long periods of time and some food being served at incorrect temperatures. The holidaymakers have complained about severe illness including vomiting, diarrhoea and dehydration.
Upon return to the UK, the holidaymakers are continuing to suffer from the symptoms and are seeking medical attention.
