Club Hotel Riu Paraiso, Lanzarote

Irwin Mitchell are concerned to read that holidaymakers fell ill at the Club Hotel Riu Paraiso, Lanzarote, in Spain during December 2011.

It has been reported by holidaymakers that they found the food “boring and tasteless”. It is reported that holidaymakers fell ill with symptoms of gastric illness believed to be food poisoning related. Adding insult to injury, the holidaymakers reported that they fell ill during their New Years celebrations. The symptoms, which usually include diarrhoea, sickness and stomach cramps were severe, ruining the remainder of their holidays.

It is possible that that the illness contracted by guests is a result of a breakdown in food handling and hygiene procedures.

If you also travelled to this resort and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of gastric illness or sustained an injury, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you.
