Irwin Mitchell have received reports from holidaymakers, who recently became ill after visiting the Lanzasur Club in Lanzarote in July 2013.
Despite some positive reviews, recent reports from one family who stayed at the hotel in July suggest that holidaymakers have suffered from illnesses following their stay at the hotel. They had booked to stay at the hotel on an all inclusive basis and reported dirty sheets in their room, as well as a dirty bathroom.
The food was also described as being “barely edible”. In particular, the pork was described as being under cooked, food was left on the floor of the restaurant and there wasn't enough cutlery available for the guests to use.
