Jupiter Hotel, Majorca
Irwin Mitchell are shocked to learn that further holidaymakers who have recently visited the Jupiter Hotel in Majorca are returning from their holidays suffering from symptoms of gastric illness. Holidaymakers travelled with First Choice.
It is reported that holidaymakers were falling ill experiencing symptoms of diarrhoea and vomiting. It is suggested that there was a lack of hygiene practiced at the resort especially in and around the pools and food handling procedures at the hotel.
This is the third time that Irwin Mitchell has been approached regarding illness at this hotel. Irwin Mitchell acted for Clients who fell ill at this hotel in 2003, 2008 and 2009. A family of 5 who holidayed at the hotel in 2009 returned all suffering from Cryptosporidium infections. Negotiations continue with the Tour Operator, Cosmos Holidays Plc.
