Irwin Mitchell has received a report of illness contracted by a holidaymaker after her stay at the Lily Beach Resort, Maldives in January 2013.

The holiday maker reports she he fell ill and the medicine provided did not help decrease the symptoms. She had to ask the hotel to call a doctor who gave her an injection to help eliminate the symptoms. Despite a number of positive reviews the holidaymaker has suggested that the food served at the hotel at times was not fresh.
