Canifor Hotel Illness
Irwin Mitchell has been instructed to act for holidaymakers who travelled to the Canifor Hotel in Malta between 30th April 2010 to 4th May 2010.
One holidaymaker fell ill with symptoms of diarrhoea, abdominal pain and vomiting and was subsequently hospitalised in Malta and diagnosed with Salmonella.
The holiday was booked with LM travel (Lastminute.com) who are currently investigating the claims made.
The Claimant continues to suffer from gastric symptoms to date.
