Barcelo Tucancun Beach Hotel 2016
We've been contacted by a holidaymaker who suffered gastrointestinal illness after staying at the Barcelo Tucancun Beach Hotel in Cancun, in June 2016. Their symptoms included diarrhoea, abdominal pain and vomiting.
The tourist was concerned to note that food seemed to left uncovered for long periods of time, and that food being served seemed to have been reheated. They also complained that it often appeared to have been served on more than one occasion. The holidaymaker was aware of others who suffered with illness at the hotel.
