Beach Palace, Mexico, 2017

We're concerned by recent reports of illness among guests at the Beach Palace in Mexico between June and July 2017.
Despite some positive reviews of the hotel, our International Personal Injury team is also aware that there have been holidaymakers suffering gastric illness during recent holidays there. One guest claims that “no one wore gloves” and that the pool contained “cloudy water”. Other holidaymakers report falling ill with gastric symptoms.

Gastric symptoms can range from mild diarrhoea to abdominal cramps and blood in stools. Having significant experience in assisting those unfortunate enough to contract gastric illness we know the potential long term effects that can be associated with such illness, such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

If you also travelled to the Beach Palace in Mexico and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you.
For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact us on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.
