We’re concerned to learn about recent reports of guests falling ill while on holiday at the Crown Paradise Club Cancun in Mexico in February 2016.
Despite positive reviews, we’ve heard reports from holidaymakers who fell ill during a stay at the hotel. One guest claims that some of the food “was not cooked fresh and some of the food was not served hot”. Other holidaymakers report falling ill with gastric complaints.
Gastric symptoms can range from mild diarrhoea to abdominal cramps and blood in stools. We have significant experience helping those unlucky enough to contract gastric illness while on holiday. We’re very aware of the complications that can develop because of such illness, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
