International personal injury specialists from Irwin Mitchell are concerned to learn that guests became ill with gastric symptoms whilst staying at the Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa, in Mexico, between August and September 2015.
Despite some positive reviews, holidaymakers have reported that food was served at the wrong temperature and have also claimed that the pineapples and watermelons which were available were discoloured as they had been left out for long periods.
Guests also highlighted the swimming pool’s grout was covered in mould whilst others expressed that their room contained a terrible mildew smell.
Visitors have reported falling ill with diarrhoea and stomach cramps, with one holidaymaker suggesting that they experienced severe dysentery during their stay.
