The International Personal Injury Team at Irwin Mitchell are concerned to learn of recent reports of guests falling ill with gastric symptoms during holidays taken at the Grand Bahia Principe Coba in Mexico between October 2016 and February 2017.

Despite positive reviews, Irwin Mitchell have learnt of reports regarding holidaymakers who fell ill during a stay at the hotel. One holidaymaker claims that their partner fell ill after consuming undercooked chicken, ” and some of the other foods such as “eggs and fish” was “undercooked”. Other holidaymakers report falling ill with gastric symptoms.

Gastric symptoms can range from mild diarrhoea to abdominal cramps and blood in stools.
