Grand Bahia Principe Tulum, 2016

The International Personal Injury team at Irwin Mitchell is concerned to learn that guests fell ill while staying at the Grand Bahia Principe Tulum, in Mexico, during October and November 2015, plus in January 2016.

Despite positive reviews, holidaymakers have claimed that some of the food was served at an incorrect temperature. Other guests have claimed that the same food was served for different meals.

Further reports suggest that guests fell ill with gastric symptoms, with one holidaymaker being rushed to hospital in an ambulance.

If you also travelled to the Grand Bahia Principe Tulum in Mexico and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you.

For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact us on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
