Grand Palladium Colonial

Irwin Mitchell has received reports of illness amongst holidaymakers after staying at the Grand Palladium Colonial Resort and Spa in Mexico.

It is reported that a number of holidaymakers have fallen ill with diarrhoea and stomach cramps following their stay at the Grand Palladium Colonial in Mexico. It has been suggested that holidaymakers have suffered from salmonella poisoning. This infection is often caused by consuming contaminated food such as chicken and eggs. Reports suggest that the food on display was sub-standard and many holidaymakers suffered from symptoms of gastric illness after eating food provided by the resort. This is possibly as a result of the suggested breakdown in food handling and hygiene procedures.

If you also travelled to this resort and suffered from gastric illness, Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you as you may be able to claim for your ruined holiday, and also, the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you sustained.

For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact Irwin Mitchell on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
