WHAT THE EXPERTS SAY
"The team has so many contacts with foreign insurers and so many people with foreign languages that it is miles ahead of others."

Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa, 2015
Irwin Mitchell’s International Personal Injury team is investigating the Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa following reports of guests suffering gastric illness this year.
Despite some positive reviews, holidaymakers have said that some of the food at the hotel was inedible and of terrible quality. They reported that the same utensils were being used for raw chicken and cooked meats and they suffered with diarrhoea on their trip.
Having spoken to other guests, it appears that this instance was not an isolated case. Another visitor said that some of the food was terrible and they were confined to their room for three days due to illness. This guest had to receive medication for the hotel’s doctor. They reported that another holidaymaker said that eight out of ten on their party were also sick.
A guest said that some of the food was terrible and at some point on their holiday, each person in their group became ill. They expressed they repeatedly noticed the chefs handling food improperly and that they would see the same utensils being used for raw and cooked meats.
If you have also travelled to the Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness, we would like to hear from you.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
