Our expert International Personal Injury team has been contacted by a couple who became ill during a stay at the Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort in Mexico, three years ago in 2013.
The couple travelled to the Mexican resort for a romantic getaway, but during their stay one of them began to suffer from severe symptoms of gastric illness.
The holidaymakers reported that they noticed that the quality of the food was sometimes poor and that the food itself was often cold. They were also concerned to see staff topping up old food with new food instead of replacing it.
