Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa, 2016
The International Personal Injury team at Irwin Mitchell is concerned to learn that guests fell ill at the Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort and Spa during January and April 2016.
Holidaymakers have suggested that they experienced symptoms of gastric illness, adding that some of the food wasn’t served warm enough. On one occasion a visitor expressed that their chicken was served red raw.
If you’ve also travelled to the Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa in Mexico, and experienced symptoms of illness during your stay, our lawyers would like to hear from you.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
