We're concerned about reports on various customer review sites concerning tourists suffering gastric illness while on holiday at the Grand Sunset Princess All Suites Resort in Mexico.

A wedding party of 60 guests stayed at this hotel in May 2016 - they reported that during that time some of them became ill.

Despite some positive reviews online about the beach and the appearance of the hotel, there have also been complaints have been raised about the quality of the food. One tourist described the standard as simply ‘not good’. Worryingly, she also said that she saw animal faeces on her hotel room door handle.
