Moon Palace Golf Spa Resort
Irwin Mitchell is concerned to learn that a number of holidaymakers staying at the Moon Palace golf & Spa in Mexico are returning from their stay complaining of gastric illness.
Holidaymakers complained that the food was of poor quality with the food being undercooked, lukewarm and badly presented. Further complaints suggest that the cleanliness of the resort was simply appalling and not acceptable.
Reports indicate that the cause of the gastric illness may have been due to the poor quality of food and lack of hygiene standards practised at the resort which has resulted with guests suffering from symptoms including diarrhoea, stomach cramps and vomiting.
Irwin Mitchell is currently acting for holidaymakers who are pursuing claims arising from illness at this hotel in 2007. These cases are continuing.
