The International Travel Litigation team at Irwin Mitchell are concerned for holidaymakers after learning of a report of illness at the Oasis Palm Resort in August 2013.
A holidaymaker reports how she started suffering from illness during her stay and raised particular concerns in relation to a smell of sewage in her hotel room.
The holidaymaker also reported how for two days prior to returning home, she started suffering with diarrhoea and this continued following her return home. She also associated pains in her abdomen and back as a result of her illness and reports that she was prescribed antibiotics by the doctor upon her return home.
