Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort
Irwin Mitchell is investigating the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort in Mexico following reports of guests suffering from gastric illness.
Despite some positive reviews, we have learnt of a number of concerning reports. Holidaymakers have said that a doctor in the resort’s clinic told them that the hotel needs to be shut down. Another guest at the hotel was told that the horrible sickness was viral, and that a bridal party had all become ill. Further reports include a holidaymaker claiming their party of 13 all had e-coli poisoning. The food has been described as being poor quality, unappetising and inedible.
Visitors have suffered from symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach cramps, chills and fever.
It is concerning to learn of reports of illness with similar symptoms being described to those of food poisoning and potential e-coli diagnosis. The illnesses could be highlighting potential low hygiene standards at the hotel.
We are alarmed to hear of these reports and our experienced holiday illness solicitors could help. If you have also travelled to the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness, we would like to hear from you.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
