Irwin Mitchell has been instructed by holidaymakers after they suffered from illness during their stay at The Royal in Cancun, Mexico during April 2013.

The holidaymakers report suffering from severe symptoms of diarrhoea and stomach cramps which left them unable to participate in excursions and activities they had hoped to participate in.

Despite some positive reports holidaymakers have reported that some of the food was served undercooked and on occasions the same utensils were used by the chef for both raw and cooked meats.

Some holidaymakers have reported that some food was not served hot enough.
