Illness at Valentin Imperial Maya, Mexico

The specialist International Travel Litigation team at Irwin Mitchell are concerned after reading reports of illness at the Valentin Imperial Maya Hotel, Playa Del Carmen, in Mexico during April 2012.

Guests have reported how the breakfast and buffet was repetitive. and also reporting how they fell ill with gastric symptoms, believed to be food poisoning on day three of the holiday.

A breakdown in food hygiene or food preparation procedures may have resulted in the illness contracted.

If you also stayed at this hotel and suffered gastric illness, Irwin Mitchell would like to hear from you as you may be able to claim compensation for your ruined holiday, and also the pain and suffering caused by the illness that you have suffered.
