Aqua Mirage Club, Morocco, Summer, 2017

We're concern to hear of reports on Trip Advisor of holidaymakers falling ill during their stays at the Aqua Mirage Club during the summer months of 2017.

Despite some positive reviews on Trip Advisor, holidaymakers have complained of suffering from symptoms of gastric illness.

Holidaymakers returning from their holidays at the Aqua Mirage Club have said they've experienced symptoms including stomach cramps, diarrhoea and vomiting. One holidaymaker reported that, upon their return to the UK, her two children were diagnosed with Cryptosporidium by their GP. Another holidaymaker reported that he complained of diarrhoea and vomiting to one of the representatives at the hotel, who advised him that she had received many other reports of illness from other hotel guests.

One holidaymaker reported that the food was sometimes served cold. Another holidaymaker complained that the food served at breakfast was sometimes of poor quality.

Gastric symptoms can range from mild diarrhoea to abdominal cramps and bloody stool. We have significant experience in helping people unfortunate enough to contract gastric illness and we are aware of the long term effects that can be associated with it, including permanent conditions such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

If you've recently stayed at the Aqua Mirage Club and subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness or sustained an injury, we'd like to hear from you. We specialise in dealing with cases like this.

For advice on making a holiday illness claim contact us on 0800 056 0066 or complete our enquiry form and we will call you back.
