Club Paradisio Zalagh Resort & Spa, 2017

The International Personal Injury Team at Irwin Mitchell are concerned by recent reports of guests falling ill with gastric symptoms during holidays taken at the Club Paradisio Zalagh Resort & Spa in Morocco between September and October 2017.

Despite positive reviews of the resort online, Irwin Mitchell have seen reports of holidaymakers falling ill during their stay, with one claiming that some of the food was “freezing cold” and that sometimes the “salad smelt rotten”. Another claims that “cotton napkins were refolded after use to be used again and again”. Other holidaymakers report falling ill with gastric symptoms with one claiming to have been diagnosed with Campylobacter.

Gastric symptoms can range from mild diarrhoea to abdominal cramps and blood in stools. Having significant experience in assisting those unfortunate enough to contract gastric illness Irwin Mitchell know first-hand the potential long term effects that can be associated with such illness, with sometimes permanent long term complications arising such as Post infective Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

If you have also travelled to the Club Paradisio Zalagh Resort & Spa in Morocco and subsequently fallen ill, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you.
