Palais Sheherazade & Spa

Irwin Mitchell has received reports of illness amongst holidaymakers who stayed at the Palais Sheherazade & Spa in Morocco during December 2015.

Guests say that they fell ill with symptoms including stomach cramps and diarrhoea while staying at the hotel on a full board basis. The symptoms continued after they'd returned to the UK and the holidaymakers visited their local A&E department.

Despite some positive reviews, the tourists raised concerns about some food on occasions being left uncovered for long periods of time and hot food not being served at the correct temperature.
