Aparthotel Paradise Island, Spain, 2016

The International Personal Injury Team at Irwin Mitchell are concerned to see reports of guests falling ill with gastric symptoms during holidays taken at the Aparthotel Paradise Island in Spain between August and October 2016.

Despite positive reviews of the hotel online, one holidaymaker claims that some of the food was “served cold” whilst another claims that “pizza bases looked undercooked” and that “nothing was covered over” and there were “flies”. Other holidaymakers report falling ill with gastric symptoms.

Gastric symptoms can range from mild diarrhoea to abdominal cramps and blood in stools. Having significant experience in assisting those unfortunate enough to contract gastric illness Irwin Mitchell know first-hand the potential long term effects that can be associated with such illness, with sometimes permanent long term complications arising such as Post infective Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS).

If you also travelled to the Aparthotel Paradise Island in Spain and have subsequently suffered from symptoms of illness, Irwin Mitchell, who specialise in dealing with cases of such nature, would like to hear from you.

For more advice on making a holiday illness claim, contact us on 0800 056 0066 or complete our inquiry form and we will call you back.

"We were very happy with the outcome of our case, especially as we were initially offered nothing from the Tour Operator. Irwin Mitchell were very professional throughout and we are very happy with the outcome."
