BQ Delfin Azul Hotel

International personal injury lawyers at Irwin Mitchell are concerned to read reports from holidaymakers returning from the BQ Delfin Azul Hotel in Spain in September 2014 and suffering from gastric illness.

Holidaymakers have reportedly fallen ill with symptoms including diarrhoea and vomiting. Some holidaymakers reportedly complained about their illnesses to the hotel representative who advised that there were on-going problems with illness at the hotel which has resulted in some guests being largely confined to their hotel rooms for several days.

Although the cause of the illness is not yet known, holidaymakers are concerned that their illnesses could have been caused a result of a breakdown in the food hygiene procedures at the hotel. Despite some positive reviews on Trip Advisor, one holidaymaker has advised that some of the food appeared to be undercooked.
