Irwin Mitchell has read reports of guests falling ill during their stay at the Club Hotel Tonga, Spain in August 2014.
Despite some positive reviews one holidaymaker reports how her husband and two children both fell ill and were bed bound for four out of the eight days they were on holiday.
Another holidaymaker reports that four members of her group fell ill. She says how they were bed bound for two days and her grandson could not eat anything for three days following his illness.
